Welcome to rCubed Coffee Company. By using our website, purchasing our products, or visiting our café, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to the sale of all coffee, tea, merchandise, and related products offered by rCubed Coffee Company both online and in store. Please read them carefully.

 1.   General Terms  

  These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the rCubed Coffee Company website (www.rcubedcafe.com) and your purchase of our coffee, tea, merchandise, and other products.
  By purchasing from us, either in store or online, you agree to comply with these terms.
  

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

  2.   Ordering & Payment  

    Product Availability  : All products listed on our website, including coffee, tea, and merchandise, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
    Pricing  : All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
    Payment Methods  : We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods for online purchases. For in store purchases, we accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
    Order Confirmation  : After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with details. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you promptly.

 3.   Shipping & Delivery   (for online purchases)

    Processing Times  : Orders are processed within 3 5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
    Shipping Costs  : Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
    Delivery Locations  : Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Guam.
    Risk of Loss  : Once shipped, the risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

    4.   In Store Promotions and Discounts  

    Free Sample Fridays  : Available at our Guam location, customers can sample our latest coffee roast every Friday. This offer is subject to availability and while supplies last.
    Homeschool Wednesdays  : Every Wednesday, homeschool families receive special offers when visiting our café. This promotion is available in store only.
    Mindful Monday  : Receive 20% off hot coffee every Monday at our Guam location, promoting mindfulness and self care.
  Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. 

    5.   Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds  

    Consumable Products (Coffee and Tea)  : Due to the nature of our consumable products, all coffee and tea sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may require proof of the damage (e.g., photos) and proof of purchase.
    Merchandise  : Merchandise items (e.g., mugs, apparel) may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.
    Refunds  : Refunds for defective or damaged products will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days after the return has been processed.

 6.   User Generated Content  

    Social Media & Reviews  : By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to rCubed Coffee Company (including tagging us on social media), you grant us permission to repost, share, and use this content for promotional purposes. You will be credited when appropriate.
    Content Moderation  : We reserve the right to remove or refuse to display any user generated content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates the rights of others.    

7.   Product Descriptions & Accuracy  

  We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details on our website and promotional materials are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error free. If a product is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order.

  All product images are for illustrative purposes only, and actual products may vary slightly due to packaging updates or natural variations in ingredients (e.g., hand mixed teas).

 8.   Intellectual Property  

  All content on our website, including text, images, logos, product designs, and packaging, is the intellectual property of rCubed Coffee Company and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without express written consent.

 9.   Limitation of Liability  

  rCubed Coffee Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website.
  This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to allergies, personal preferences, or the incorrect use of our products.
  We do not guarantee that our website will always be available or free from technical errors.
